The SCENE Consortium came together for the first time on January 24, 2023 for the Kick-Off Meeting at PSI. Following presentations by the co-directors and each of the work package leaders, the members of the consortium attended a World Café, where they rotated between discussions on the following topics:
- communication & networking
- institute roadmaps
- common vision
- important topics and stakeholders in 2023
- knowledge and technology transfer events and products
- pitfalls and solutions
In the afternoon, each work package group met individually to discuss its next steps in detail. The event was a great success!
